About New Heritage City

New Heritage City is a visionary master development backed by the Government of Rajasthan and approved by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA). Located on the Jaipur Ring Road and spread across 2,800 bighas, it draws architectural inspiration from Jaipur’s historic Walled City while adopting modern urban planning principles for low-density, high-quality living.

Planned to accommodate over 2,00,000 residents, the city balances residential, commercial, institutional, recreational and entertainment zones. Every element, from street layout to architectural detailing, reflects Jaipur’s timeless character while meeting the needs of a modern, connected lifestyle.

Jaipur is Expanding. The Core is Saturated.

As one of India’s fastest-growing cities, Jaipur welcomes over two million tourists annually, has seen a 20 percent increase in air traffic, and has grown from 800 square kilometres in 2000 to more than 1,200 square kilometres in 2024. Existing urban zones such as Jagatpura and Mansarovar are now overbuilt and overcrowded.

New Heritage City addresses this challenge with a planned, congestion-less alternative. It provides a fresh canvas that is aligned with Jaipur’s growth trajectory and urban sustainability goals.

Master Plan

Prime Location on Jaipur Ring Road

Located along Agra Road and Jaipur Ring Road, New Heritage City sits within a rapidly developing corridor of the city.

  • 25 minutes from Jaipur International Airport
  • Direct access to Bandikui Bypass and Delhi-Mumbai Expressway
  • Sohna, Gurugram can be reached in 2 hours
